Terms of Service for Angels & Freaks

Welcome to Angels & Freaks! We are pleased to offer you personalized coaching services to help you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals. Before using our services, please read our terms of service carefully. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Personalized Coaching Services: We offer personalized coaching services tailored to your unique goals and needs. Our services include lifestyle coaching, photoshoot preparation, transformation preparation, bodybuilding and fitness coaching, wedding preparation, and sport-specific preparation. Our coaching services are provided by Pieter Bronkhorst, a qualified exercise science and nutrition professional, and a bodybuilding and fitness coach.
Payment: Payment for our coaching services is required before the start of the session. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
Liability: We are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during your coaching session or as a result of following our coaching advice. By using our services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity and agree to hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of our services.
Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will keep all information shared during your coaching session confidential. We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party without your express consent.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided during your coaching session, including but not limited to exercise plans, nutrition plans, and lifestyle recommendations, are the intellectual property of Angels & Freaks and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of these materials without our express written consent.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our coaching services at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused coaching sessions.
Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
